The Strain started with two passionate medical cannabis patients from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They decided to collaborate in order to build a database of strain reviews and information from the various unique growers they had access to. They began reviewing strains from Licensed Producers and Dispensaries, and eventually began getting requests from private Canadian growers and distributors.

We ask that you please understand all reviews are subjective and meant to share real-life experiences for patients who are looking for relief from specific symptoms. ​We are NOT practitioners - We are writers. We are patients. We are advocates.
